All sales of the HER Journal (physical product) are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for the HER Journal, including in cases of change of mind.

Due to the nature of physical goods and the costs associated with printing, handling, and fulfillment, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.

Please review all product descriptions, images, and details carefully before purchasing to ensure the journal aligns with your needs and expectations.

If your journal arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence, and we will be happy to assist with a replacement where appropriate.
