Order Processing

All orders are processed and fulfilled through ShipBob. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Options & Rates

• Standard Shipping (Free): 3–7 business days

• International Shipping (Free): Estimated delivery varies by location

At this time, only standard and international shipping options are available, and both are provided free of charge.

Warehouse Location

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please note: We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be applied to your order once it arrives in your destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly with the carrier.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been processed by ShipBob. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages
